Kiran Patankar
President, CEO & Director
Mr. Patankar is a mining executive with over 12 years of diverse experience as a public company CEO and director, investment banker, operations manager, and geological engineer. He was previously President, CEO and Director of Timberline Resources Corp., where he spearheaded the acquisition of the 1.2 million ounce Talapoosa gold project, oversaw a positive independent Preliminary Economic Assessment, and directed a competitive sales process that led to an announced offer by a private equity fund and US$500,000 equity financing amid a difficult market for junior gold companies. From 2007 to 2014, Mr. Patankar was an investment banker with Canadian and global financial institutions, where he advised clients ranging from junior growth companies to senior mining companies on capital raising and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to that, he worked in the mining industry for 4 years as a geologist and engineer and in the construction materials industry for 2 years in operational and business development roles.

Mr. Patankar holds a B.Sc. in Geological Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
Gillian Kearvell
VP Exploration
Ms. Kearvell is an exploration geologist with over 30 years of experience working with junior and senior exploration and mining companies throughout North America and Mexico. She has worked exclusively in Mexico since 1994 during which time she co-discovered Teck Resources' San Nicolas VMS deposit in Zacatecas State, managed the pre-feasibility field program at Goldcorp's Los Filos Mine and led Teck's exploration team that developed the Guerrero Gold Belt ("GGB") exploration model resulting in the El Limon-Guajes and Cerro Media Luna discoveries, currently operated by Torex Gold. She was most recently Vice President of Exploration at Newstrike Capital, where she led the Ana Paula Project discovery team until Newstrike's acquisition by Timmins Gold in 2015. Prior to that, Ms. Kearvell worked as Vice President of Corporate Development for Aurea Mining where she introduced and promoted the GGB to capital markets, among other duties.

Ms. Kearvell holds a B.Sc. in Geology from Concordia University. She resides in Guadalajara, Mexico.
Evelyn Abbott, B.Sc., CMA
Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Secretary
Ms. Abbott has more than 15 years of finance and accounting experience with senior financial roles in the biotech, manufacturing and logistics industries. She started her career in public accounting and progressed to an eight year tenure with The Tibbett & Britten Group, a multinational public logistics company. During her time with Tibbett & Britten, Ms. Abbott was the Controller of Summit Logistics Inc. for three years and was then promoted to Director of Finance for Tibbett & Britten North America, with financial responsibility for eight subsidiaries and over $350 million in annual revenue. Ms. Abbott has also worked as a Chief Financial Officer in the manufacturing sector and was most recently Director of Finance for B.C. Research Inc. and Vizon Scitec Inc.

Ms. Abbott graduated in 1987 with Bachelor of Science from Mount Allison University and received her Certified Management Accounting (CMA) designation in 1997.
