Geologix Explorations Inc. (TSX: GIX) is a mineral exploration company focused on acquiring, exploring and developing mineral resource opportunities with the potential to host world class mineral deposits. The Company's primary focus is the Tepal Gold-Copper Porphyry Project in Michoacán State, Mexico, where the Company has completed a Preliminary Economic Assessment study ("PEA") and continued resource expansion and target delineation programs to further test the project's potential.
Through the Company's successful exploration and drilling programs of 2011, in March of 2012 Geologix released an updated resource estimate reporting a 324% increase in the resource Measured and Indicated categories compared to the previous resource of March 16, 2011, moving over 84% of the resource into those categories. A pre-feasibility study utilizing the latest resource estimate is targeted for completion by the end of June 2012.
