Dunham L. Craig, P.Geo
Chairman and Director
Dunham Craig graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Degree in Geology in 1988. From 1970 to 1983, he worked in the heavy construction industry and also operated his own construction company for seven years. Upon graduation from university, he served as a project geologist for Cominco Exploration Ltd. and later consulted for Cominco and Kennecott Canada Inc.

Subsequently in 1993, as the vice president of exploration and corporate development for Wheaton River Minerals, Dunham was responsible for the discovery of three mineral deposits at Wheaton River's highly profitable Golden Bear mine and for participating in the project through bankable feasibility and bank financing. He later directed the acquisition of the Bellavista Gold Project in Costa Rica and oversaw its design through bankable feasibility. From 2002 to 2005, he was a member of the initial management team of Glencairn Gold Inc. that acquired and developed two operating mines in Central America. Dunham joined Geologix in 2005 as its President and was later appointed CEO and President by the Board in 2006.
George Brack, BA. Sc, MBA, CFA.
Lead Independent Director
George's 25-year career in the mining industry has focused on investment banking and corporate development, specifically identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic mergers and acquisitions, and the provision of equity financing. Most recently Mr. Brack acted as the Managing Director and Industry Head, Mining Group, of Scotia Capital. Prior to joining Scotia Capital in 2006, Mr. Brack spent seven years as President of Macquarie North America Ltd., an investment banking firm specializing in merger and acquisition advice. Previous to that, Mr. Brack was Vice-President, Corporate Development at Placer Dome Inc., was Vice-President of the investment banking group at CIBC Wood Gundy, and worked in Rio Algom's Corporate Development department. Mr. Brack currently serves as a director of Alexco Resource Corp., Capstone Mining Corp., and Red Back Mining Inc.

Mr. Brack holds a BA. Sc. in Geological Engineering from the University of Toronto, an MBA from York University, and the CFA designation.
Kiran Patankar
President, CEO & Director
Mr. Patankar is a mining executive with over 12 years of diverse experience as a public company CEO and director, investment banker, operations manager, and geological engineer. He was previously President, CEO and Director of Timberline Resources Corp., where he spearheaded the acquisition of the 1.2 million ounce Talapoosa gold project, oversaw a positive independent Preliminary Economic Assessment, and directed a competitive sales process that led to an announced offer by a private equity fund and US$500,000 equity financing amid a difficult market for junior gold companies. From 2007 to 2014, Mr. Patankar was an investment banker with Canadian and global financial institutions, where he advised clients ranging from junior growth companies to senior mining companies on capital raising and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to that, he worked in the mining industry for 4 years as a geologist and engineer and in the construction materials industry for 2 years in operational and business development roles.

Mr. Patankar holds a B.Sc. in Geological Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
Randy V.J. Smallwood, P. Eng
Randy has worked as a geological engineer in the mining industry for more than 20 years. He has a wealth of experience in mineral exploration, mine development and mine operations, having worked with companies such as TeckCominco, Homestake and Westmin Resources from 1986 to 1994. He joined Wheaton River Minerals in 1994 and played a major role in the operational success of the Golden Bear mine, which transformed Wheaton River into a successful junior gold mining company. Later, as the director of corporate development for Wheaton River, he was responsible for the technical reviews of all mineral project evaluations for the Wheaton River, Goldcorp and Silver Wheaton group of companies. Randy is the President of Silver Wheaton Corp.
Graham C. Thody, CPA, CA
Graham was a partner of Nemeth Thody Anderson, Chartered Accountants of Vancouver, B.C., from 1979 until his retirement in 2007. His practice focused on the audits of reporting companies, participation in the initial public offering process, corporate mergers and acquisitions and domestic and international tax matters. Today, he is a Director, Chairman and Chairman of the Audit Committees of several reporting corporations involved in mining exploration and development throughout the Americas. He is a Director and the Past-President and CEO of UEX Corporation. Graham is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants British Columbia and of the Chartered Professional Accountants Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from the University of British Columbia.

Mauricio Candiani Galaz, MBA

Mr Candiani is a Mexican citizen and currently President & CEO of Candiani Mining, a private consulting firm based in Mexico City, and is Vice President of the Mexico City Chamber of Commerce. Previously, he was a founding partner in a private investment banking firm and a former Executive President of the Mexican National Natural Gas Association. He is experienced in executing acquisition and divesture deals, as well as equity and M&A transactions in several countries in Latin America, and has acted as an advisor to companies such as Southern Copper (Mexico), Endeavour Silver (Canada), La Camera (Canada), Mitsui (Japan), Interexport (Chile) and Tracerco (U.K.) amongst others. Mauricio formerly served as a Federal Congressman in Mexico, where he led an industry effort to reform the Federal Mexican Mining Legislation of which the bill was signed and enacted in 2005. Mr. Candiani holds a bachelors degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Universidad Iberoamericana and an Executive Masters Degree in Business Administration from the prestigious Institute Panamericano de Alta Direccion de Empresas (IPADE).
